"The property was dirty, and unprepared to receive guests when we arrived. We contacted both VRBO and the property management company immediately. VRBO was not much help. The PM company did not know at first that we were supposed to arrive that day even after asking two days prior for the check-in instructions. They sent a cleaning lady and she did a very limited and superficial cleaning. She put new sheets and bedding covers and put the dirty ones in the same cabinet where she got the clean ones...
