"Family room that was in its own space with a small garden was lovely, nice drinks tray which included filtered water. Complimentary toiletries also great. Bed very comfortable so had a good night's sleep. All staff where lovely making sure you had everything you needed from check in to checkout. Breakfast was superb offering vegetarian and vegan options which was a plus for me , my partner had the meat option on both the produce was excellent quality., good selection of teas and coffee,...

"The hotel was wonderful. It is clear that the 17th-century historic building is being maintained with great care and affection. The room was spotlessly clean, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The quality of the meals served at the restaurant was also extremely high, and I was very satisfied. I couldn't visit the adjacent Somerset Museum as it was closed, but I look forward to seeing it on my next visit."
