"Need my money back"

"The location of this hotel was perfect - a 5 minute walk to the mall, Costco next door, 10-15 minutes to other shopping and restaurant locations locations (Walmart, TJMaxx, Cheesecake Factory, etc.). The room we had was very nice and spacious - the only downfall was the kitchen and doors had some wear and tear on some doors or appliances. "The staff was SO friendly and very helpful! My room was nice, clean and very comfortable! The food was really good! If it wasn't for some random psycopath outaide shreiking at the top of her lungs at 2am, it would have been a perfect stay!"

"wonderful trip. staff was very accommodating for our whole group who stayed in troy to see a lovely show."

"Property was nicely maintained. There were not much options in breakfast and there was lack of vegetarian options as well. Expedia mentioned that parking was included, but parking is off site paid parking across the street. Overall it was an ok stay for us."

"A gorgeous historic home and beautiful setting on the river — so much more of a unique experience here than staying in Saratoga if you have a car. Pam and John are gracious and lovely hosts!"

"Anthony has a sunny disposition and went out of his way to help us have an excellent stay!"
