"It’s a little tired around the edges (carpet, wall scuffs both in public areas and the room) but for the price it was good value. The bed was comfortable and clean, the bathroom too, good wifi and kettle and coffee/tea was nice to have. It was quiet and I had a good nights sleep. "It was a nice hotel very convenient to all the tourist spots and central London. However, service wasn’t up to the mark. They offered me 10 bucks to not have cleaning service which I politely declined. As soon I ended bathroom, they had a hair in sink. First night, someone knocked on my door at 10:30 at night to clean the room and woke me up. Next day, cleaning crew left a used cleaning glove near the TV. They also didn’t replace the towels or clean the room."
