"The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere. Little interaction with the staff, but they were nice. The property needs some TLC. We wish the balcony rooms had little chairs and tables to enjoy the space."

"Our room was a converted holding cell with bars still on the window. It had a toilet and shower and was pretty small, but they did an excellent job with the space, lots of hooks, drawer under the bed, a fair amount of shelves and lots of mirrors to make it feel bigger. Great bed! I also appreciated them putting us on the ground floor since the lift was out and we're in our 70's."

"I want to leave feedback regarding the customer service experience at the Holiday Inn, specifically near the Starbucks area. First, I do want to acknowledge that there were two Indian women working in the Starbucks area who were very kind, respectful, and professional. They treated customers with courtesy, and I appreciated their positive attitude. However, the manager with white hair overseeing that area had an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. I felt completely unwelcome during the interaction. Her behavior toward me came across as irritated, cold, and disrespectful. What made the situation more upsetting was noticing the difference in how she interacted with other customers. I observed her smiling and being pleasant with white guests, while her attitude toward me as a Black customer felt noticeably different and dismissive. Whether intentional or not, that is how the interaction came across to me, and it left a very negative impression. Customer service should be respectful and professional toward everyone. Unfortunately, the behavior from that manager reflected poorly on the hotel experience overall."

"The heating and cooling system cannot be adjusted, making the rooms too hot and the hotel stuffy. Hotel cleaning staff were everywhere (including towels and carts sprawled out in front of the elevators) and were not friendly. Despite the number of staff, the body wash in our shower was not filled and only had about two pumps before it was out when I showered. Only stayed for one night and the location by the airport was convenient but wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"A bit musty and darn cold.. apparently the temp won't go up past 18 C/65 F which, after a cold rainy day is not comfortable.. but the host provided the access code in a timely manner. About a half hour outside of downtown via bus.. which was really easy. It was certainly nice to have a separate sitting room. Clothes washing machine but no dryer which, with the temp at 18/65, was a bit problematic. Anyways it was fine."
