After paying and booking for a room which slept 3 I simply only got a double bed, after explaining this I was promised a single bed would be moved in which never arrived. Therefore one of my roommates had to book a different hotel costing a fortune last minute, terrible customer service "

"The only criticism I have is at the official address is in the rear. So when we first arrived, our Apple Maps app sent us up the street down a side alley to the rear door. Other than that service was good, the pub connected to the lobby was excellent. Just a great experience."
