Great breakfast, friendly staff. They were painting to freshen common areas up. Rooms\bathrooms could use some updating. Lobby area was beautiful.

I can’t honestly review the breakfast because we are not breakfast eaters. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We did feel safe in the parking lot.

Tres House - an experience, three floors high.
Great place to stay in Covington- walkable to coffee, dinner & even to walk across the bridge to games. We have stayed here several times & it’s perfect for us and our fur baby with the fenced in yard. We met the owners this time & they were so nice! Parking is a little tight and not a good place ...
