"Next day after checking the hole 12 floor smelled like Marijuana which the smell ended up in my room, after a day the marijuana smell was in the lobby. Had breakfast on day two, took little over two hours to get my breakfast. After checking out the staff was friendly, I noticed driving back to the airport my clothes smelled like marijuana, which is not professional in a business setting where you meet clients, and they smell the odor."

"We left out at 8 am and the cleaning staff did not come to clean the room until 3 pm. There was only 2 wash cloths. I had to call for more. There was no blanket in the room when I called to get one it took them 1 hour to bring it. It was like pulling teeth to get things that should have been i.e. paper cups."

"You had to check out anything to use in your room. It only had 2 small disposable plastic cups and nothing to make coffee or tea. The cable in our room didn’t work and we had to have someone come up and fix it."
