"No issues except if you want parking then prebook"

"The property was excellent how we should be notified of the extra parking fee should be advertised rather then included when you make the booking"

"We had a great room with a spa bath and balcony. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped."

"Parking was easy and secure"

"I enjoyed the quaintness of Te Whare Rural Retreat"

"Fantastic hosts"

"Just needs more hot water pressure in the shower"

"Great wee property, peaceful and had everything I needed. "

"Perfect location in the heart of Napier CBD, walking distance to any location around the city or Uber elsewhere. Clean and tidy with an art decor fell about the building. Fully recommend and would definitely stay there again next time in Napier."

"The greatest spot close to everything and with also being a place to relax."

"Had a good time at the StudioIt was easy to check in and park the outside looked a little worse for wear especially when you arrive at night. but the inside was nice modern and clean so can't complain too much. The only issues i had was the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable idk if its my height or what but i had to lay a bit diagonally to not feel the frame. And the extractor fan could use a clean but no real issues to speak of."

"Joan and Alf who live upstairs were extremely nice and helpful. Everything was neat and clean, bathroom is modern and the kitchenette was well set up although we didn't really use it as we ate out. For us the location in Ahuriri away from the city centre was perfect. Off street parking, walk to the village, several pubs for evening drinks or cafes for morning coffee. Napier turned on the weather too which was a bonus. Good value spot in a great part of town. Would highly recommend for short...

"Beautiful homely cottage which made for a fantastic stay. Close to everything. Highly recommend it!"

"Absolutely amazing little cottage, clean and tidy. Perfect getaway location Exceeded my expectation. I will be recommending this place to friends n family and will definitely book here again in the future."

"Dirty with broken cupboard and blind and they take 200 for damages without telling you which made our booking process a nightmare then had trouble getting the 200 back.somethings weird with this one"

"We loved our stay. The apartment was very close to the city and very convenient. The apartment was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Communication was very good, and the arrival process was very easy. We will be staying again!"
