"This is a nice basic hotel. The staff are nice, the room and accommodations are good, the breakfast is fine. It’s in a safe location. They do have a very noisy vent in the bathroom so you have to keep the door shut if you want to sleep. The pillows are not very comfortable."

"Great stay for the Cleveland clinic"

"Great stay. Breakfast great and free parking."

"We got there a little after 4. Our room wasn’t ready. I paid for a non allergic room. They gave us a handicap room that still had food leftovers in the fridge."

"It is not a hotel. It is a collection of condos. Room(s) were huge. Beautiful view of the city. Very limited staff. Could not work local tv or thermostat and no one could help. Sketchy part of town. I would pick a livlier place next time but would be great for a family going to see a downtown sporting event. Near neat stuff."

"Very nice stay. Super clean. Easy check in instructions. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend"
