"We were not able to check in until 3:30 PM, which isn’t that big of a deal at all, but the room was still filthy. The carpets were disgusting and had huge stains. The decor was shabby and worn. There was human excrement on the back of the toilet seat and to top it off, the hot water did not work for two of the three days we were there. I am strongly, considering contesting the charges on my credit card"
