"I really enjoyed this hotel - it is an experience! The rooms are comfortable, almost luxurious….the breakfast buffet is amazing, they have a nice spa/sauna, and a reasonable (albeit just essentials) gym. The neighborhood is quiet, so no noise, and easy walking distance to parts of Cologne. Note: the front desk is rarely staffed, which is a key gap in case of emergency needs or scheduling changes."

"I am very amazed by the standard of service and the quality and cleanliness of the room. The staff were very helpful, although we had to check in late, the self-check-in process is very easy to navigate, and we feel very comfortable even having to check in on our own, as the process is smooth. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel is really good, being mostly 5 minutes walk away from every location. Strongly recommend, and we would definitely want to stay in the same hotel if we return."
