"I booked our room May 5 for the weekend of May 15-17. We showed up to check in and the front desk employee told us they had no more rooms available. She stated she did see our reservation, but they gave the rooms to other people. She also stated someone should’ve called us and was sorry they didn’t. So we were stranded in Fort Worth at 1:30 AM with 3 kids and limited options. A majority of places we attempted to call had no availability or rooms not suited for us. Ended up finding a place...
