"I stayed here for work. 1st night, the room was clean but quite basic. I got woken up at 12.15 am by a group of drunken men who didn’t stop with their noise until 5 am. I told reception the next day and they moved me to a much better and quieter room the next day. Food was excellent in the restaurant. I didn’t try the spa. Staff very welcoming."

"Amazing hotel, right next to Lime Street train station, just across the road from St John’s Shopping Centre and Car Park, next door to Wetherspoons, really close to the Empire Theatre, minutes’ walk into town or to Bold Street for an array of restaurants and shops. Hotel decor is awesome, amenities in the rooms are great, the restaurant is ample food and staff throughout the hotel & restaurant very friendly and helpful and will definitely book to go here again when next in Liverpool! "The only thing wrong with this stay was the Breakfast. Only 1 coffee machine working which caused a large que, no tea bags. Only eggs available were the already prepared scrambled egg. When I asked for fried eggs I was told it wasn’t an option to have any other eggs. Apart from that room all good and remainder of breakfast was good. If I travel from Liverpool airport again I more than likely stay at the Prem Inn."

"Very nice hotel in the centre of Chester. Great restaurant and a spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Only complaint was the show was a shower and tub combo which didn’t drain well and was not easy to shower in. I think that’s more of a cultural thing with the UK preference vs American. All in all this is the best hotel in Chester that I have stayed in (stayed in a lot over the years)."

"Had a fantastic stay at the Atlantic for my husbands birthday. One downside we had not been told to check-in our car registration number plate so we were given a £100 fine. Also had requested fridge in room which it was not. Had to contact Reception by messaging and this was not responded to so had NO fridge. "
