"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Everyone was super nice. Rooms were super clean. Including the halls and elevators. Front desk gave us waters. The only downfall, was the bathroom. It’s a roll door and there ends up being a large crack on either side, not shutting fully. The handle to turn on the shower is right in the middle of the wall and I kept elbowing it. Lastly, our vent was not working. We made note to the front desk when we checked, out so hopefully for the next guests that won’t be an issue! Otherwise, amazing hotel!!"

"The room was cleaned every day, the staff was really kind and very helpful and what to do and where to eat. The air-conditioning was magnificent, especially because it was super hot outside. It had a small kitchen, which was just a fridge and a sink as well as a coffee machine and microwave. The hotel had a very retro vibe inside. Nothing was super new new, but it was very clean so that wasn’t a big deal. The location was perfect to walk everywhere we went during lollapalooza, so it was really hard to get any car service during the night but as long as you’re OK walking to three blocks, you were fine. However, I will say that because of the whole event, it was harder to move around unlike the last time we were in Chicago. It was still a lot of fun and we’re still able to do a lot of things so that was great. The staff was super kind to recommend breakfast and coffee places. Also there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts around the corner that is of course always an awesome thing to have because it’s open 24 seven. So 10/10 for sure."

"Friendly and helpful staff! Our room was clean and spacious and the hotel’s location made it an excellent home base for downtown sightseeing. Do be aware that the busy downtown location may mean it’s loud from street traffic (loud cars, alarms, sirens). Do wish they would change out the barn style bathroom doors because they don’t offer great privacy and were very difficult to slide. Overall very good"
