"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Like the name says, it is grand. The hotel is well maintained and beautiful. All staff are helpful, friendly and always smiling. Location is great. They provide transportation to train stations—-where the mall is also at. Buffet breakfast was delicious and lots of options for even picky kids. Would definitely recommend this to other travelers."

"The hotel was very close to the Tokyo Int'l Cruise Terminal, and was connected to a train/subway line. A lot of hotel information was only available by QR Code - it would have been better for less-savvy people if there were links to a website for restaurant hours, etc. Also, much of the information was in Japanese only; more English would be preferable for the international traveller. The Lobby Cafe closed at 6 or 6:30 pm, which I feel is too early. Otherwise, because of its convenience, and...
