"Property was great , however we had to pay for the indoor pool access , some around 12 years boy pooped in the pool right next to our daughter swimming , we had to leave . It was disgusting . It would be also helpful if any receptionist or concierge stuff would speak English somewhat , it was very hard to communicate with them . And Breakfast and Dinner buffets were very expensive"

"Generally ok, a little dated, and staff wasn’t too enthusiastic. All restarts ya close around 9, so plan for that if arriving late. Gym is an extra 2200 yen per use per person, disappointed for that. Nice location"
