"The hotel is in desperate need of upgrade, particularly the old hotel (original - middle section). The floors slope, walls are thin, furniture very old bathroom very old, door almost hits the toilet. The rooms are really terrible in this section of the hotel. Unfortunately, to fix I think it would be a tear down which is a shame. not sure how one would level floors without that? People are nice, it's extremely popular and was sold out. You pay for the hotsprings, not the room or experience. "
