"Amazing experience! Worth every dollar!"

"My only suggestions. The batteries in the rechargeable TV remotes die too quickly and the room service ordering software on the tablet was lacking pictures. Options for an omelet were red and unavailable to select. So unless they were out of eggs, that was an issue. And the bedside tablet nightlight is nice, but too bright. These were a struggle to come up with because the service was impeccable."

"I have stayed in different hotels around Downtown Chicago, and this one is by far the best one! The rooms are very clean and nice decorated, they have filtered water in the bathroom, the bed is like heaven. Location is a must if you want to walk around and explore Chicago."

"Habitaciones muy amplias"

"Friendly people Not crowded elevators Clean halls Room could get wiped down"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"The room was spacious and clean. I have no complaints besides a microwave not being in the room."

"Breakfast was great A lot to chose from"

"Clean room and great staff."

"Great"

"Visiting from Canada and stayed at Hotel 505. We had an amazing stay!!! Received a complimentary bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary, nice surprise. Loved the rooftop terrace, which we were able to enjoy during this beautiful Fall weather. Our room had a corner view, was very clean and spacious . Hotel is centrally located and felt very safe. Good job Hotel 505."
