"A Very Disappointing Three-Night Stay – Far Below Hilton Standards! Unfortunately, our three-night stay at this Hilton hotel was extremely disappointing and certainly not what we expected from such a reputable international brand. The biggest problem was the overpowering, unpleasant smell of artificial air freshener, particularly around the lobby and lifts. It was so strong that it felt suffocating and made breathing genuinely uncomfortable. Even worse, the carpets throughout the hallways had a...

"It was my first time coming to China and the staff made it the best travel experience I ever had"

"I’m from another country and recently planned a trip to Guangzhou, China. I chose Rezen Premier Hotel. Its name sounds culturally rich and makes me feel comfortable. Back in my home country, hotels with names like this always thrive and enjoy good fortune, so I wanted to share in this good luck too. The front desk staff offer wonderful service and answer all my questions patiently. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, plus there are direct shuttle buses to Hong Kong and...

"It was clean and smart and technological , well recommended"

"Excellent overall"

"I had an excellent stay at Lavande Hotel (Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, Nanzhou Metro Station). The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the metro station, making travel extremely convenient. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and great water pressure in the shower. The lavender scent added a nice relaxing touch. The front desk staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Quiet, cozy and great value for money. Highly recommended and...

"The room was spotless and incredibly well thought out — automated curtains, TV, and even a smart toilet. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the complimentary toiletries were clean and complete, which made me feel truly comfortable and at ease. The hotel is newly opened and very clean, with a laundry room and fitness equipment available. It was quiet at night, and the room itself was spotless. I really appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks, the late-night noodles at 9 PM, and the solid...

"I stayed at this hotel during the Canton Fair. They haven't bus service that takes you from the hotel to the fair. It is about a 45 minute drive so it's not close to the fair area. As far as the location off this hotel it is about 20 minute walk from Beijing Street which is a very nice walking area near the Buddha temple. This hotel has some nice traditional monuments around that one can walk to. The hotel is spread out so rooms can be in different buildings. My room was in a different building...
