"Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The management oversold the rooms, and when my brother arrived, he was told there was no room available despite having a confirmed reservation. This created unnecessary stress and completely disrupted our plans. The staff was unhelpful, unsympathetic, and offered no reasonable solution for a problem they caused. A reservation should guarantee a room, and it's unacceptable for a hotel to sell more rooms than they can accommodate. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others."

"We didn't stay in the room too much after our original crashout; However, I can say this... I ALWAYS do a quick tear down of the room just to make sure I'm not going to bring back any little critters that have no place in my things! Everything was crisp white for linens and towels, and the rest of the room was clean & hard surfaces were sanitized! We had just driven 14½ hours straight through - stopping only for fuel and fast meal!! However, not knowing if we were going to be able to pull off that drive, and stay somewhere along the way, I had NOT booked ahead of time! What I am MORE THAN HAPPY to PRAISE is the VERY WONDERFUL, KIND, GEM of a LADY who checked us in at the front desk!!! 5⭐ for her alone She 1st helped us with checking the Hotels "BEST RATE"vs one I had pulled up on Expedia... Not only to get the BEST price, but when we visited 2 years ago, I MEANT to book here, BUT accidentally booked the La Quinta 30 min away!🤦‍♀️ She told me their rate, then I asked here to verify if the Expedia room was the same. It was! It put us in the EXACT ROOM she was looking at. THEN I asked if they had 'Early Check-In' and HALLELUJAH they did!! So, with the money I saved using Expedia, it more than paid for the EARLIEST of early check-in times!! Shortly thereafter we unloaded, washed upstairs & extremely comfortable nestled into our beds for a good long nap. Refreshed and renewed before visiting MY AMAZING FAMILY there for a few nights before heading off to Charlotte."

"Good value. Very few amenities. TV is essentially useless and I really don't need it. The rooms have a slightly unpleasant odor but not enough to give up up the good price. There are areas right outside the property that are trashy. Don't look. Plenty of parking. Good places to eat close by. I feel safe. Rooms are clean. Very central location in the RDU area. Very little staff. Always pleasant and brief."

"We booked a room for the night because my wife had surgery scheduled for 5:30AM at the nearby Duke surgical center. We spent about 12 hours at this hotel at it was ideal for our purposes."

"The hotel itself was nice but the room was not . The shower had rust and the bedframe had something on it . Didn’t look it was cleaned properly before my arrival"
