"Location was absolutely perfect for our concert at the Lincoln Theatre. It was about a 3 to 5 minute walk. The bar and restaurant being open late was great for us since we parked the truck at an offsite parking lot around the corner and didn’t want to go looking for food at 10:30 PM. Female bartender was great considering one of her fellow employees was watching a football game instead of helping her. Starbucks on site was great the next morning, could order ahead on my app and it was ready in no time. Room was perfect, quiet, clean.
The only thing that I have a complaint about was one elevator seemed to be stuck open and not working and when you were done for the night and heading upstairs around 11:30 PM we got into an elevator headed to the 11th floor and the elevator stopped on the fifth floor. The doors didn’t open and it was presumably stuck. We called the elevator call button and an operator helped us get unstuck within less than a minute. But I would definitely say the elevator situation should be checked out.
Overall, we decided this location and hotel were wonderful and we would absolutely be staying here again no matter what we’re doing in Raleigh."
