"Amateur hour…argumentative staff, The front desk staff member was behind protective heavy plastic. Barely civil,,,, limited English, I had driven 10 hours and only wanted a clean room that worked,…. The refrigerator didn’t work… there were no full towels. Cigarette burn on bed cover,,…. Just shouldn’t be that hard. Pay a little more and skip the hassle!"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean."

"Loved the welcoming check in staff, ease of staying here with pets, but wish the rooms were cleaner and property was kept up a little better. The floor in our room was really dirty, our socks were black after an hour or so of being in the room- there was mold growing on the bathroom wall, and the bedding was dirty- the heating/AC unit was very old and didn’t work properly- the room was dripping with condensation all over the inside of the front wall after one night."

"There were roaches on the ceiling and the floor."
