My luggage was delayed by the airline, and the team assisted me in contacting the airline’s lost and found, retrieving my bags, and getting the essentials I needed for the first couple of days. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and the location is central, with a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants nearby."

"The staff was amazing and very accommodating explaining their ecco commitment. They do not have traditional room air conditioning. The window in our room was small, but did open. As we opened the window there was a breeze. That gave some relief from the heat in our room. The square footage (120 sq. Ft.) in the room didn't work for us. We relocated to another property and really enjoyed our stay in Porto. "
