"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. We look forward to staying here again!"

"No FREE breakfast $12.95 per person charge. Room clean. Bathroom light switch turns on light and fan should have 2 switches . One for light and one for the fan. When you get up in the middle of the night you do not want to wake everyone in the room with fan noise. Price $50 higher than Best Western in Hannibal Missouri with no real greater conveniences and and additional charges for breakfast of $26/per couple."

"Robert was very helpful and we found the breakfast better than our expectations."

"Great"

"This place was nothing like what it described on Expedia. It didn’t have a in room hot tub, no casino shuttle. There were raccoons in the garbage cans right outside our room. The lady at the front desk couldn’t even talk with a sick voice. Not acceptable! And then just to get a 12. Refund!!!! Very angry!"

"Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had."

"Don’t know where to begin"

"Clean, quiet and convenient access to Galena sites and restaurants. No complaints."

"Great facility, very clean, great location and rooms were very roomy. Loved our stay"

"Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque."

"Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at in my life and I travel for a living. Felt like I was staying at the Hilton it was so amazing. Kari is the best"

"This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left."

"great place"
