When you come back from the pool & have zero clean towels, it is frustrating. The hotel scored 100% on every other area & would strongly recommend it to anyone!"

Lots of pools, bartenders were great, entertainment was great, lots of food options and never had to wait long to be seated. There weren’t any planned teen activities but plenty to do on your own. "Everything about this resort was exactly as described. It was absolutely gorgeous. Well kept. Clean. The staff is amazing!! Super helpful and extremely friendly. The resort is beautiful. The food was excellent at every restaurant and buffet. The beach is beautiful and well kept as well. The room was super clean and pretty. We had an issue with the AC in our room and the stuff was super attentive in addressing our issue. I literally have ZERO COMPLAINTS and we can not wait to come back!! "
