"Fantastic place!"

"We stayed at this hotel recently for part of our honeymoon in a road trip across New England and were absolutely blown away by the kindness and hospitality the staff provided us with here. It was by far our favourite stop on our trip! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful and as newbies to Cape Cod they gave us so many incredible recommendations on places we needed to check out. Having a locals guide to the cape was amazing! It made our trip so much fun without having to guess what was...

"The room was extremely clean. I loved how affordable the room. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. The pastries put out were dry and the spoons were dirty."

"The UnCommoner"

"Nice patio looking at the Ocean. Free use of washer/dryer was nice. I had a nice stay."

"The staff is very friendly. Rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained."

"The cleanliness was most important and was perfect. I missed the chocolate chip cookies they put on the lobby last year!!"

"Room cleans and perfect location"

"Very clean. Staff efficient"

"Chatham Tides is right on the beach…..meaning morning or evening beach walks are at your doorstep. Evenings were quiet, with the sound of waves from our room. The kitchenette was nicely equipped, clean and made breakfast and happy hour at sunset easy. Staff were helpful and on-hand throughout the day. There was ample parking…a spot in front of your room. Housekeeping was prompt and left the room very clean. We will stay here again when in the Chatham area."

"The property is an older timeshare and dated."

"Young man who checked us in was very polite and accommodating. Clean quiet enjoyable stay"

"Everything good"

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very clean rooms and parking was very easy."

"Loved this place! Room was very nicely done and updated. Breakfast was delicious. The treats were excellent. Our room was on the front of the home so the street was a little loud. I had earplugs and was fine but my husband had a hard time. We will be back!"

"Everything was prefect from check in to check out. Jillian and staff are top notch! We loved the breakfast daily, beautiful property that is meticulously kept and location in the cape is excellent! We will be back and thank you for a wonderful stay!!!"
