"The property was beautiful. Morning staff were respectful and helpful. The checkin manager was not helpful at all. The property is around 200 meters away from where th car reaches and no one helps you with luggage, it’s not mentioned in the listing. No one is at thr property after 5 and no response to messages. Royal suite had 2 beds and one comforter and when asked for extra comforter, no one replied. It might be acceptable for the region but international travellers are used to better...

"The beds need improvement, not very clean , doors are noisy, people are friendly and helpful. Overall it's not too bad for the price."

"The beach here was very nice and clean. The pool was well maintained and very fun nightly activities. It’s a very safe place for family and couples. The housekeepers were very friendly. Chef Mehrez was very kind and made us feel welcome. Ms. Dorsaf provided us with the very best customer service. All staff were very kind and made us feel at home. We will return again to this hotel and we strongly recommend it. "

And the stench in the room was awful. I had a hard time sleeping. I would wake up almost gagging. Out of my 3 weeks in Turkey and Tunisia, this was the most negative situation I had. Now having said that, the place was beautiful and the food was good. So gave it 3 out of 5."
