Great hotel with great facilities. Right on the beach and safe and convenient to walk outside to the shops/coffee shops etc. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The animation team are AMAZING. Mady, Luca, Mimi, Suzi....everyone works so hard. Hotel is always clean and tidy. Reception staff are very friendly and helfpul. There is alwasy some kind of activity happening around the pool or hotel. Somwthing to suit everyone.

Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable ! Nous avons adoré les piscines, la plage et la qualité des repas. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et reposante, parfaite pour des vacances en famille. 🔸 À noter : le nettoyage quotidien des chambres pourrait être amélioré, et certaines chambres familiales manquent de balcon, malgré une jolie vue sur mer et piscines.

Très bon séjour, hôtel avec de l'âge, mais très bien entretenu. Personnel prévenant et très sympathique. Petit bug à l'arrivée avec la taxe de séjour, ou une erreur a été faite de 28 dinards sans reçu... Plage agréable, propre au niveau de l'hôtel, ne pas s'en écarter. Mais attentions aux vendeurs qui profitent des enfants... chambre faire tous les jours. Repas variés tous les jours. Animations différentes tous les jours. piscine hyper agréable, surtout celle devant la chambre... :). je conseille

Super séjour

Staff au top.. séjour super sympa.. toutes les bonnes conditions sont réunies pour passer un agréable séjour. Hôtel propre, nourriture super (seul petit bémol les gens qui s'aglutinent à l'heure du repas.les gens se collent a vous quand ils font la queue). Dans l'ensemble tout etait parfait. Chambre super avec une vue à couper le souffle. Je reviendrai très prochainement. (En vu du covid19 l'hôtel respecte les règles d'hygiène à la lettre. Du gel à porter de main dans tout l'hôtel Merciiiii à toute l'équipe et à son devoument auprès de ses clients.

Le séjour s’est bien passé. Des attractions assez diversifiées mais elles ne sont que pour les anglais ou pour les russes. Une attraction à été refusée a un enfant car il n’est pas anglophone. Il n’y a pas d’attractions pour les francophones ou les arabophones (alors qu’il y en avait beaucoup et surtout des enfants). De plus, j’ai été déçu par le service de chambre car j’avais demandé de l’eau qu’ils n’ont pas ramené. Ce sont les 2 points négatifs. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.
