"Great house with a breathtaking view, we loved it! It is a short drive to town and arbolitos beach. We had a ton of space and our dogs enjoyed the property too. Gen 3 Starlink setup worked great for wifi. Morony is a responsive host, as well. It is important to understand that Cabo Pulmo is an entirely off-grid destination--there is no electricity in the entire town. The house has a solar setup that worked fine for our needs. "The location, view and beach are great. The property inside is good, with some minor issues like loose plumbing fixtures. It looks like the pictures inside and on the porch. Outside by the road entrance is a lot of trash, probably left by someone else. It makes the building entrance look like somewhere you don't want to be.
