"All the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was okay and had all the necessary kitchen items. However, the air conditioning wouldn't stop once the set temperature was reached, making the room very cold, and the shower water wasn't hot. The room also only had glass doors and no windows. Keeping the curtains open meant no privacy, while closing them made the room feel dark and enclosed. The pool didn’t look as it shows in the photos."

"Les falta pintura y mantenimiento, la alberca y área social data en reparación. Muy caro para lo que ofrece."

"El lugar perfecto para desconectar y volver a conectar"

"a lot of miscommunication and not accommodating at all for a lot of situations where problems were faced"

"Amazingly beautiful interior design and landscaping! Great location"

"Great amenities - pool, workout room. The property was not busy which made it so tranquil. Beautiful view!"

"The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough."

"I booked the Deluxe Penthouse for a week with my 89-year-old mother. The condo was full of deferred maintenance, and we lost hours of our vacation waiting for repair people from Tuesday through Saturday. - No bedroom A/C all week. My mother slept on the couch. Fans were brought in instead, with a constant high-pitched whine. - Dishwasher broken. A technician spent two hours on it, and it took three more days to decide to replace it. - Coffee maker broken. Pots and pans scratched and dirty. -...

"At first I was a bit nervous as it was not a traditional hotel but the experience was exceptional. We wanted more of a family experience and we got just that. The place is really well kept. The staff was available at all times, though we really didn’t need anything. It was nice and quiet. There was construction near by but we didn’t event notice. We took Ubers everywhere. It was supper cheap. Less than $5 a trip. We enjoyed Cabo San Lucas a few days and San Jose on others. Definitely recommend...

"Very nice"

"Westin In San Jose Del Cabo is amazing. Resort is designed beautifully, clean with all the conveniences you need. Yoga in the morning, excellent gym, deli on site with great coffee or any other groceries you may need. Many restaurants on site too. Pool bar, and plenty of organized activities, with Alicia, Sebastian and Perlita brining joyful energy to many activities."

"I don’t know we went during down season after the hurricane and had some of the best survey actually one of our best meals right there at the hotel. Laid-back experience I would plan to know what you’re doing doing during the heat of the day. The yards are intolerable to stay inside of, but why I guess would you when you have the beach right there we spent most of our day on the beach, no complaints."

"Muy recomendable."

"It is a fantastic hotel, the best place to stay in La Paz, there is not other place like this one. Facilities, location, services, etc all just perfect!"

"Great place."
