It was hard to find restaurants in Los Barriles. They are not big on signage. We drove around a lot before we found anything casual.

It felt more American than Mexican. Definitely a pickleball town 😄. Kind of a weird experience for me. People were nice and beach was nice too.

"Great location. Close to town and the beach. It’s nice to have the hotel property right next door with restaurants, etc. The property is small but, quaint. The kitchen is not ideal for cooking as it’s very dark. The air conditioning was not the coolest, though that’s a building issue, others we met had the same issue. "

"Hacienda Del Mar was all I had hoped it would be and more. Our group was 6 families with 11 adults and 5 children under 5. The house gave everyone plenty of room. Pool and the beach continually entertained the littles. Location in Los Barriles was ideal. We all hope to go back again someday!"

"You can’t beat the location! The hot tub was warm when we arrived and the pool has the perfect amount of shade and sun. We had troubles with the AC in one room, Priscilla and her team came promptly to help us and answer any questions we had. The shaded parking for your ATV is a game changer. No more hot seats for the kids you won’t regret staying here. "
