"Everything was excellent! The check-in process was smooth- the lady at the front desk was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. We slept through breakfast so I can't say much about it other than they do provide a breakfast. Checkout was quick and easy. Overall we're very pleased and we'll stay here again, next year."

"Nice little place to crash for the night after coming for the Polar Express on the Great Smoky Mountains railroad! Michael was great with communication and we loved the little touches like having Christmas music playing for us on the TV to greet us when we arrived.Recommend."
