"We had booked a river view but were given a city view. Brought it to their attention & were told they changed the room due to maintenance issue & had no other river view rooms. They did compensate us however."

"The staff was super nice, the lobby was open and spacious, there were plenty of places to sit, there is a coffee bar available. The little store had self checkout making things easy. My room was great, however the balcony wasn’t very inviting. The chairs were too short to see over the actual balcony. "

"Clean hotel and clean rooms. Great staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They have some of the best coffee I have drank. Room was a little tight but very cozy. Great price for all the amenities. Rooms were quiet. could not hear neighbors in next rooms and outside traffic."
