"The staff were excellent. Room was clean. Only complaint, the key fobs were the most difficult to coordinate for use of elevator I've ever experienced. And I know it wasn't just my issue. "Everything was great at the hotel. Staff were friendly and polite, room was clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the Starbucks counter in the lobby for my morning coffee, oh and the welcome cookies at check in are yum!"
