"Beds could've been a more comfortable, but everything was clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast was hot and decent, and the location is very convenient with a grocery store and several restaurants nearby."

"Room was not clean,paint was peeling very badly above shower falling pcs of paint in shower. Hallway and elevator was not cleaned. Parking lot was very dark not safe. I didn’t know this area so I picked the hotel on its name feeling it would be a good choice. I definitely over paid thinking it be a good choice but I was definitely wrong I could have stayed much cheaper in a different hotel. I was disappointed and will not stay in this brand hotel ever again."

"We loved everything about this beautiful cottage! It was somehow spacious and cozy, all at the same time. Impeccably clean, well equipped and so very comfortable. The bed was THE most comfortable we've ever slept in..seriously, it was. The hosts, Tim and Melissa, were wonderful about ensuring that we had whatever we needed, even reaching out beforehand to see if there was anything special that we thought we would need. The location was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to. We enjoyed the baby grand piano in the living room (perfectly tuned) and the rocking chairs and hummingbird feeders on the porch (we saw our first hummers of the year!) The towels and linens were clean and perfectly fluffy. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. And I was so pleased to find a vanity, with stool, a magnifying mirror and good lighting in the bathroom. We ladies appreciate thoughtful touches like that. We can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay here and we hope to return soon."

"We stayed here for a family trip to Amish country. It’s an easy drive to sugarcreek Berlin etc. and also offers many places around like Walmart and Chick-fil-A. The hotel and staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast options were your standard hotel breakfast items and were great. "
