"I was initially placed in a room that was extremely small and poorly maintained. Frankly, it felt more like a motel room than what I would expect from a four-star hotel. After getting settled, I called the front desk and explained my concerns, particularly since I was staying for six nights. They ultimately moved me to a different tower, where the room was significantly better and much more in line with my expectations. That said, at approximately $400 per night, I am still surprised that I was placed in the original room to begin with. I am also surprised that a room in that condition is being utilized at a hotel of this caliber. While I appreciated the staff accommodating my request to move, the initial experience was quite disappointing and certainly not consistent with the price point or the standard I expected."

"The property was clean and staff was friendly. Location is in a safe and vibrant part of town. Very walkable area. but the breakfast offerings were inedible for anyone with a gluten allergy. Literally every choice was gluten with absolutely no fresh fruit offered. It was all waffles, toast, muffins, cereal."

"Excellent location! So close to everything within walking distance. They had free ice cream on our last day! Room was huge! The only thing is that a fuse we always blew in our room no matter what we did so it was a bit annoying. They were quick to fix it but slowed us down a bit."
