"The casino is not open until November. The spa was great but expensive. We accidentally upgraded to platinum with butlers. You can rake or leave the butlers probably. Clean spectacular decor,resort and food. Mediocre sand and ocean compared to 7 mile or Trewelany both I've been to previously "

"Room was kept clean and topped up with towels and water bottles. Free beach access across the road was a huge bonus and we used it everyday. Pretty good foods options that cater to different nutritional needs. Washrooms in the room don’t have much space and are somewhat outdated"

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Although we originally planned for four nights, we had to leave after three due to an emergency and fly back to the States. The staff overall were wonderful. We especially loved the courtesy and service from the buffet restaurant team—they were warm, attentive, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. That said, the service at the Jamaican and Italian restaurants could use some improvement. The servers there seemed disengaged, almost as if they were tired or having an off day. There wasn’t much energy or friendliness, and at times it felt like we didn’t really matter. Thankfully, we didn’t let those moments take away from the joy of our trip. A special shoutout to Trishina at the front desk for making our check-in smooth and pleasant. She was so polite and kind—and what stood out most was that she remembered my name (“Mrs. Amoh”) the next day when I came by with a question. That was such a thoughtful touch. They have activities for everyday. Some you’ll need to pay for it, though this is an “all inclusive hotel” Airport shuttle was 15 dollars each way for us. Overall, I’d rate this hotel an 8.5/10. Despite a few minor issues, we had a great experience and would definitely come back."

"My favourite part about this resort is the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, and the gardens were beautiful. It was a well maintained property. The beach, of course was beautiful and I loved how there was a lot of shade. Special things to Johnson for taking care of me by bringing my chair and towel every day. I will be back."
