"We had an excellent stay at Villa Verde in August 2025. Two families (4 adults and 2 teenagers) visiting Roatan for the first time for a diving vacation.We found the villa to be as advertised, and communication with the local property manager (Vanessa) was excellent and responsive.The air conditioning (mini-splits in the living room, and all 3 bedrooms) were modern and functioned well.The high-speed internet through Starlink was excellent.We enjoyed being situated in a quieter part of the island (vs staying in West End or West Bay). We did not rent a car, but we were connected with a great local driver through West End Divers (our dive shop), and the travel cost/time to the dive shop and grocery store was very reasonable and easy to book.We had a great diving vacation in Roatan, and Villa Verde was perfect for our needs."

"This place was phenomenal! It is definitely off the beaten path and far from everything which is what I like. Some really good restaurants close by . Having the pool there was great and access to the dock was cool. I came here to dive and went to the Turquoise Dive resort which was literally next door . Also has use of the kayak which was fun. Totally recommend this place if you like to be away from the tourist areas"

"I loved how the staff and others on the property were so friendly and accomodating. They all went out of their way to see that we were taken care of and happy. We turned one night into three and made some friends that we will be back to visit with soon."

"Staff was courteous and helpful, the wood house clean and tidy, nothing fancy but all we needed was there. During the day the noise from the diving centre (few steps away) was annoying but that was mentioned in the property description, during the night we could hear the occasional loud motor from the main road. Great location ! on the beach, with the coral reef at swimming distance right in front. We used the complimentary kayak everyday to explore and snorkel in the warm water. We are planning to come back ... recommended "
