Enrique the front desk manager was amazing. The place was so clean and staff so nice and helpful. We are already planning our next time to visit and sending the property link to all of our friends. "The property is so cute, the rooms sit up on a hill and the beach is down below. They have golf carts to take you to and from, which is so helpful. You can walk along the beach about 30 minutes to west bay which has great restaurants and beach clubs! "

"My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see."

"Posada Arcoíris is really nice. It’s right in the hustle and bustle of West End with plenty of dining options, but somehow manages to stay very quiet in the rooms at night, despite all the nearby bars. "

"Front desk staff was Amazing John in particular i dont remember the other gentlmans name when we checked in. The shuttle service the staff was amazing. The sports bar herbys and pineapple grill food was amaxing as well as service at both places. We could not have been more pleased with this resort just outstanding and we would definitely be back. Thank u to all the staff very courteous and our room was just amazing the pools and surroundings were fantastic.. "

"A Last-Minute Lifesaver – Truly a Hidden Gem! After a terrible experience at our original resort, we booked this place last minute on the same day we checked in — and wow, what a blessing it turned out to be! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. Despite the short notice, our room was ready, clean, and refreshingly cool — just what we needed after a long, stressful day. The beds were super comfy, the views were beautiful, and everything about the property felt peaceful, safe, and family-friendly. Once you’re settled in, trust me — you won’t want to leave! The resort has it all: beach access, a relaxing pool, delicious food, and even water activities right on-site. It’s tucked away in a lovely area, so having a rental car is helpful if you want to explore, but they do offer car services if needed. One of our favorite parts was the included breakfast. It wasn’t just your standard grab-and-go — we got to sit down and order from a full à la carte menu with plenty of tasty options. As a family of five, not having to rush out in the morning to find food was a huge plus! Every concern or request we had was addressed quickly by the staff, who were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay. After five days here, we left refreshed, happy, and already planning our next trip back. This resort truly turned our vacation around — highly recommend! "

Updated Beachfront Paradise, Infinity Pool Roatan

"This place was absolutely amazing; from the time we arrived until the day we left 7 days later was incredible. Our Concierge Carolina was there every step of the way, from booking reservations to keeping us informed on Island wide power outages. Bring Oil Based Bug Spray, the Sand Flies will eat you alive. Should be expected you are on a tropical island in the Carribean. The Pool was cleaned at least every other day if not every day. The house was way better than the pictures, they do not do it justice. All the rooms have split units, you need to turn off when you leave the house, but don't worry they work great in cooling everything back down upon your return. If I could give 10 stars i would. Dive Shop is right there, Amanda, Sam, Eric and Carlos great dive experience. Best money I have ever spent on a vacation home."

"This is a great property located center island, so you are able to access everything on both the west end and eastern end of Roatan. The house is built at canopy level, so you feel like you're living in a tree-house, with a view of palm trees and the ocean, and virtually no other houses or neighbors in sight. The pool is one of the best private pools on the island. We had a fantastic trip!"

"Pristine Bay lives up to its name! Beautiful turquoise water and a gorgeous, lush landscape make this setting ideal for R&R. The house is well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and outfitted with premium appliances. Comfortable furnishings inside and out make it easy to relax with a postcard view. Conveniently located within walking distance to the golf pro shop, golf course, and at least 3 restaurants. The grocery store, several restaurant options, and tourist attractions are a short drive away. One of our favorite rental stays ever!"

"It is a lovely property, well decorated and maintained . It was peaceful, spacious and safe. The property is gated and there is a nice restaurant at the Verandas Hotel which is clos by. We enjoyed the inground pool everyday. We rented a car at the airport and the property is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. To travel to West Bay you need to drive for about 40 minutes because of the condition of the roads. There is a supermarket called Eldon’s about a mile from the gate where you can get everything you need during your stay . The road from the gate to the property is paved but steep and winding, we had to drive carefully. The property required a deposit in advanced to deduct the electricity we used during our stay . I knew ahead of time that electricity is expensive in the island . I will definitely rent the property if I return to Roatan ."
