"Not only is the hotel perfectly located and has great amenities but the staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel manager is on top of everything and never misses a chance to help a guest out or make a stay that little bit better."

"The location, right at the hub of the Blackcomb lifts, couldn’t be better for those wanting access to the mountains and the village. All of the amenities offered within the village are right at your fingertips. Having a suite makes one feel more like being at home than in a hotel. Being such a central location may bring with it a degree of noise or a degree of vibrancy, depending upon one’s point of view."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful! Room was clean. Had a great time. You can’t beat the location!"

"The Good: You can't beat the location, it is right in the heart of Whistler. The loft room looks great at first glance. The Bad: The open loft floor has no walls, making it zero percent functional as a bedroom and more of an elevated runway for kids to run wild. The sofa bed is massive, but the mattress/bedding is so uneven that one of my sons abandoned it to sleep with us. If you book this room, save the sofa bed for your least favorite child. On top of that, expect a ridiculous $32/night...

"The in-suite jacuzzi. Place and staff was good. View from the hotel room was beautiful. Posted a picture. Only one issue. The room door had a gap so can hear the noise morning n night happening in the hallway."

"I was hoping to use the hot tub but it was always full.."

"We were only there for one night so not much to base a rating off of but was clean and perfect for the price"

"Clean rooms but alot of banging on pur doors at night unfortunately."

"Very pleasant stay for my family. Wanted to try it out and see how it is before buying a membership. We would love to come back here again! Highly recommended for a family."

"Thoughtfully designed sleeping pod and common space amenities. Everything was very clean and well-maintained and up-to-date. Great location."
