"Clean room, very comfy bed"

"Room was clean and pleasant, no real hanging space for clothes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn’t try the breakfast."

"Overall efficient check-in, good location for downtown and beach front. However, we had a room on the 7th floor and the elevator only ran to 6. Not good. Circuitous route, stairs!"

"Stained carpets and walls. Toilet bleached but poo still at the bottom. Damp bubbling paint on the window wall, windows missing locks/out style so drafty. General new paint job required - window white varnish flaked off revealing wood timbers, gloss paint also on the window panes. 1 of 2 lifts were out of order and the working lift was single occupancy. The view of the pier was very good from the room. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special, would be improved with a coffee machine offering more options not just black filter coffee which milk can be added to, also only one hot drinks table so service was slow due to queueing."

"Hotel and room were great. The TV in the room I had only worked if you stream cast (so no freeview) Also the temperature control wasn’t great, despite set to 18 it was much hotter (making it difficult to sleep) and there was a night club right out side which didn’t stop till 5am and the sound proofing was great."
