Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot."

"We enjoyed our stay at By the Sea. The owner Matthew was welcoming and friendly and helped us with our luggage to the top floor up two flights of stairs. The whole property was spotless and our room (no 6) was very comfortable with a sea view. The only inconvenience was that we had a bath with a handheld shower head for hair washing not for overall bathing. This was stated on the website, however, and I just hadn’t realised.
