"I’ll never book with them again. Kept changing my dates on me (online) then wrong dates got booked. Tried to book another room but you can’t get ahold of anyone. Cancelled reservations WAY before due date and they won’t answer anyone when you try to handle things."

"Beautiful hotel that was very close to Dollywood, and attractions in Pigeon Forge, and not too far of a drive to Gatlinburg. The room was clean and well-organized with a functional kitchenette. I went swimming in the pool with my granddaughter, which I tend to avoid doing at most hotels (because they are usually gross). The pool was very nice with a super shallow end that went very gradually to about 4.5 feet. Great for casual splashers and little kids. Towels are provided at poolside, so you don't have to waste one of your room towels. Breakfast was very nice with all the things you normally see, such as eggs, pancake/waffle bar, yogurts, fruits, breads, and, of course, the coffee bar. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in a long, long time."

"The staff was rude each time I had a question or a genuine problem. I was constantly disrespected and treated like I was a problem! We are paying for this. The carpet was filthy and need to be clean or replaced, fan didn’t work in bathroom, poorly lit room, AC would not stay on, hot and humid in our room, musty odors in the room combined with a strong chemical smell, a surprise fee for parking, amenities misrepresented, mold in bathroom, we found a dirty washcloth in the bathroom ! No breakfast included. On the webpage they show a water slide. There is no water slide! The noise level is unreal! I could continue but we will never stay at this property again!"
