"Like its name, the hotel is a bit raw. Don’t be fooled by the pictures like we did. Yes, the decor and the concept is nice in theory but service and customer care is non existent. There are so many little details that are missing like no place to hang towels in the room, dangerous and slippery bathroom floors etc. We understand it’s a new hotel but we expected the service to be better or there would be an effort to make it up to the customers at the very least.
