"When we arrived at the hotel our overall thoughts were disappointing considering the pictures that are shown on the internet, we were offered food that had been sat out for at least 2/3hrs (maybe more) in the warm air. It is obvious that this hotel is catered for the Eastern European rather than everyone i.e. for food and entertainment. The hotel lacked air conditioning considering considering the temperatures. The rooms are basic with hard beds and tiny considering they claim to be a 5 star...

"لا انصح للمسلمين والعرب السكن فيه لكثرة التعري وسوء تعامل موظفين المنتجع مما اضطرني الذهاب الى منتجع آخر والسبب الرئيس للانتقالي لمنتجع آخر هو العنصرية وعدم تقبل الحجاب الاسلامي من قبل ادارة الفندق. "
