"Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of vegetarian options. Laundry was good - keep loads small."

"Good: helpful staff and nice bedding Bad: the property was last remodeled in 2007, and it really shows. The couch and carpet are old, so are the TV and decorations. The faucet is so short that it's almost impossible to use. And we found and killed a bedbug with blood. The hotel has seen its glory days, but now the owner is just trying to milk it as long as it can. Definitely not worth it and won't come back again. "We are traveling from US. We have been to many places in China. We enjoyed staying in a traditional Beijing style hotel in local Beijing neighborhood. The staff are super helpful and nice. No issues with staffs or the hotel, but the local area is a bit far from subway and attractions. The shower room is nice but there aren’t any hooks and there is no dryer for clothes."

"Great service from staff, but whole hotel full of cigarette smelling."

Walking around the hotel was great to watch local life and eat with locals. The hotel itself is very cosy, in a good way. Clean, comfortable and modern, in a lovely courtyard setting. "The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but in the inside it’s all new and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room is dark in the morning and 0 noise, the location is ideal to go visit the zoo. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from."

"Excellent service and friendly."

"Had great time there and recommend."

"it was really good service! The room is clean and new!"

"Clean but no great views from windows"
