"Good: helpful staff and nice bedding Bad: the property was last remodeled in 2007, and it really shows. The couch and carpet are old, so are the TV and decorations. The faucet is so short that it's almost impossible to use. And we found and killed a bedbug with blood. The hotel has seen its glory days, but now the owner is just trying to milk it as long as it can. Definitely not worth it and won't come back again. "Great service from staff, but whole hotel full of cigarette smelling."

"The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but in the inside it’s all new and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room is dark in the morning and 0 noise, the location is ideal to go visit the zoo. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from."

"Excellent service and friendly."

"it was really good service! The room is clean and new!"

"A tidy and pleasant hotel. "

"Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of vegetarian options. Laundry was good - keep loads small."

"Hotel not only offers washer and dryer for free but also they can help you do the cleaning if you are too busy to do yourself, very helpful staff. Location is good, I'm able to take bus from summer palace to hotel front door. Bus also goes to some other attractions door to door"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around. Highly recommend!"
