"The place had a weird smell to it and a bunch of dead gnats on the ceiling of the room. The staff was difficult to deal with and they made multiple charges to my card days after leaving. I canceled my stay after being there less then 4 hours because of my over all experience. I regret choosing this location and i have called them many times about the charges yet more charges are showing up on my card. I ended up choosing another resort which exceeded my expectations and made up for this...

"The staff was extra accommodating after my son and I unfortunately got food poisoning. They were so kind and even offered to bring us ginger ale when I asked for extra towels.
