"The location is wonderful. The kitchen is very well equipped, and Mary was so responsive. The bath tub is first rate. The property is on a corner lot in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the warmth of the fire pit and the coziness of the side porch. Ample parking was great when our cousins visited."

"Fantastic, nostalgic motel style property just a hop, skip, or jump from the beach and beautiful sunset views. Recently remodeled, with a very slick retro look & feel. Super clean, very responsive staff, simple self check-in/out process - all with a very reasonable rate. Can't speak highly enough. For those like me who dont want to pay for a bunch of extras I never want, need, or use, this place is for you."

"I have stayed at this home many times and I have enjoyed my visit. The host, Nathan, is always available if there is a problem. The view of the water right outside of your window is AMAZING! You go to sleep listening to the waves hit the shore. The location is near everything you need...gas, grocery, restaurants, pizza shops and recreational activities...putt putt, bowling, water surfing etc Caseville is a charming location with lots of great options for family fun. The house is stocked with pots, pans, plates, Keurig, microwave, refrigerator and stove...everything you need. One small exception is you bring your own towels and bedding. However, this keeps the cost of rent down. I haven't seen a more affordable option available with all the amenenites this site offers.You can't go wrong with this rental! I AM NOT A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIENDS...JUST A SATISFIED CUSTOMER THAT WILL KEEP RETURNING TO USE THE HOUSE IN ALL SEASONS."

"It was okay. We could tell that upgrade was still in process. Example transition stripes from tile floor to wood floors need to be install. No blinds on patio door, loose tiles in the bathroom but it was fine for a couple days that we stayed there"
