"Room was clean, comfy beds. Nice and peaceful, except loud banging doors. Body lotion was empty! Beds were comfy. Breakfast is Ok, nothing special, it does the job. Some seats in the booths were disgusting. Ripped and dirty, not fit for sitting on!! We were very surprised that they have left them like it! Reception staff were polite and helpful. We arrived by coach, as its not all undercover we hot soaked."

"This is a wonderful hotel with great service, really comfortable rooms - and the fact that you can access the thermal baths is the icing on the cake! Just a few minutes from the station and the main shopping and tourist areas, the hotel is really well situated yet feels like an oasis of calm. The one minor downside was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Monday, but there were plenty of dinner options nearby. It is one of our favourite places to stay in Bath and we would highly recommend it."

"We had a truly lovely stay at Dukes. The staff were exceptionally hospitable – warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. A special shout-out to Skomante, Jordan, and Jay, who made our stay even more memorable with their kindness and outstanding service. The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable, making it so easy to unwind after visiting the Christmas market and exploring the city. The hotel’s festive Christmas décor added a cosy, magical touch throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious each morning, with great variety and quality that set the perfect tone for the day. We also loved the dinner included at Plate, The Bird, which offered fantastic food and a lovely dining experience. A wonderful choice for a festive getaway in Bath. Highly recommended! 🎄✨"
