"We booked the hotel since it was advertised as a heritage hotel & expected authentic Rajasthani food. While the hotel decor and hospitality were good (though playing western music instead of Indian!) we were disappointed to find that the breakfast and hotel menu catered mostly to international guests. Would have been good if they served guests the Rajasthani specialities like Da Baati Churma, Laal Maas , Ker Sangri . Even the evening dance program while entertaining is short & targeted for the international tourists. Give it a skip if you are looking for authentic Rajasthani hospitality."

"It was comfortable, the highlight was the home cooked food, first if all there were quite a lot of options (all vegetarian though, except for eggs and cheese), the fruit salad was quite good with things like pineapple and pomegranates, in all id say its a great menu as it gives plenty of choices you feel you want to take a break from local spicy food. I slept very well, good aircon and they were very kind to inform me i had left behind my tablet after checking out, so i could retrieve it. And they made me sandwiches to go too. It is a rustic local hotel with local charm, its clean and cosy. The only thing id improve are some fixtures like taps but thats a minor and tiny point"
